Refunds and Store Credit

Refunds are provided only for:

• Damaged products
  
• Defective products
  
• Incorrect products shipped by SUNN

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection.

Store Credit

Where a refund is not applicable, SUNN may issue store credit.

Store credit:

• Is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  
• Can be used on any future purchase on our website.
  
• Is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
